Technical Diving Facilities & Staff

At DJL Dive Resort, Thailand we've dedicated resources specifically for technical / wreck diving & exploratory applications.

We have a fully equipped technical diving facility to support both open circuit technical decompression diving and CCR rebreather diving.

Plus we have a dedicated high speed RIB for wreck / technical diving, and access to several liveaboards to reach more distant wreck sites.

Tech Liveaboard | Wreck Diving Liveaboards

Throughout the year we offer a range of exciting tech diving liveaboard trips, across the region.

Diving from tech liveaboards gives us the opportunity to visit much more distant wreck diving sites, combining several big wrecks in one trip.

Tech liveaboard options include visiting the big wrecks north of Koh Tao, plus diving big WW2 wrecks such as the HMS Repulse & Dutch WW2 submarines in the South China Sea.

Many of our tech liveaboard trips support both trimix & CCR rebreather diving. We're happy to accommodate both individuals and group bookings / liveaboard charters.

Wreck Diving Expeditions

Deep wreck diving / technical diving is still in it's infancy in this region. Throughout the Gulf of Thailand, South China Sea and Andaman Sea many recent and historical wrecks are still waiting to be discovered.

Needless to say, it's a very exciting time to be involved in technical diving in Thailand!

We're always planning and running diving expeditions, seeking out deep wreck sites [both locally and from tech liveaboards].

We now offer IANTD CCR rebreather training courses on Koh Tao, Thailand. With DJL Diving you can train right through to trimix rebreather level.

DJL Diving offers a unique technical diving training internship.

This packages together technical diving training and wreck diving expeditions, building up your experience to become a seasoned technical diver. Plus we'll arrange accommodation for the duration of your stay.

The entry requirement is to be PADI Divemaster certified [or equivalent].
