Course Contents

It goes without saying that air compressors are essential for any diving activity, but they are poorly understood and taken for granted by many divers. A compressor with problems is enormously dangerous, in many ways. This course allows you to understand how to use and maintain a compressor, so you can start taking responsibility.

We instruct divers in the safe and correct procedures for operating a high pressure air compressor; for filling cylinders from a compressor and from a storage bank: and for good compressor management.
